Meet Bri,

Baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. At 11 years old, my mom gifted me my first KitchenAid mixer, and from that moment, I knew I had found something special.

After earning an Honours degree in Health Studies, I felt called toward a more creative path. That journey led me to Ferrandi Paris, where I completed an introduction to fresh pastry. That experience transformed the way I approach desserts, teaching me to see pastry as both an art and an experience, rooted in intention, balance, and care. Which is exactly what I wanted to integrate into my business and the BakedByBri experience.

I officially launched BakedByBri in 2021, beginning with gourmet chocolate-covered strawberries. As the brand grew, so did the vision, including the creation of our signature banana pie cups, a dessert that reimagined a classic favorite in a fun, elevated, and modern way. It became a defining moment for BakedbyBri, shaping how we transform familiar flavors into thoughtful, creative experiences.
