Valentine’s Day FAQ

Details for our Valentine’s Day pop-up, pickup, payment, and storage.

Our Valentine’s Day pop-up is located at Credit Union Eglinton in Mississauga. Currently, we offer pickup only. If needed, we can arrange Uber Connect delivery, which you can track from your end.

Our Valentine’s Day pop-up is peanut-free. Some items, like those containing Skor bits, do contain almonds. If your order contains allergens, please let us know when ordering so we can prioritize it and limit cross-contamination.

Yes, we are food handler certified.

We recommend enjoying your strawberries within 2 to 3 days. Keep them refrigerated and away from direct heat. They are delicious fresh from the fridge or at room temperature.

No. During Valentine’s Day we do not accept custom orders due to mass production. All items are part of our set menu.

Pickups are available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If your time changes, message, email, or text us and we will accommodate you.

Orders are final once payment is processed. Changes cannot be made afterward.

Either works. Full payment secures your order immediately. Deposit option: prepay 50% and pay the remainder before pickup on February 13th. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received, so we recommend pre-ordering to secure your items.

Due to Valentine’s Day mass production, all sales are final. Please confirm your order before completing payment.

Keep strawberries refrigerated until ready to serve and avoid direct heat or sunlight, as chocolate can melt.

Yes. Our mini heart tins and signature boxes are beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

We can accommodate some allergies, but our kitchen is not completely allergen-free. Contact us before ordering if needed.

The Valentine’s Day menu is available for February 14th pickup only.

General FAQ

Common questions about ordering, delivery, payment, and storage year-round.

We recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes and large orders. However, we may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on our schedule. Contact us to check availability.

The only gluten-free and dairy-free vegan option available is our chocolate-covered strawberries. Other menu items cannot be altered.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date. The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled pickup or event date are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will result in the deposit being forfeited, as ingredients and preparation have already begun. In certain circumstances, a forfeited deposit may be issued as store credit toward a future order, at our discretion.

At this time, we offer pickup in Mississauga only. Delivery is not provided directly. If you’d like to arrange delivery through Uber Package or a similar service, you’re welcome to do so. Please note that clients are responsible for booking and tracking their delivery.

Customization is what we do best. You can mix and match cake flavors, frostings, colors, and decorations. Share your vision with us and we will bring it to life.

Most items should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature 30-60 minutes before serving for best taste and texture. Specific storage instructions will be provided with your order.

We understand plans can change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Changes made more than 7 days before the event can usually be accommodated at no extra charge.
